This young Hawksbill Turtle is the second ‘ghost net’ victim to be admitted to our Rescue and Rehabilitation Centre within a week. This video shows it enjoying some prawns in the tank.

This turtle is too young for us to be able to determine its gender.

The netting was wrapped very tightly around the turtle’s neck and front left flipper, but we are very pleased with its progress and hope to release it very soon.
