How can you cook using a giant bag and some cow dung?

A few days ago we had a Flexi Biogas System installed which was donated to us through the COAST project.

We are watching the bag slowly fill with methane gas. We are very excited that this time next week we will be able to cook our lunch using gas produced from our kitchen and garden waste!
