Eglisau Secondary School in Switzerland have chosen Local Ocean Trust to be one of the beneficiaries of their Easter Charity Run.

They have done amazingly well and have raised the funds for us to replace our Turtle Rescue and Release Car.

Our poor old car has done so well but is now sadly at the end of it’s life and we are so grateful to these wonderful children for their efforts and thanks to them, we will be able to continue to rescue and release turtles. This was all made possible by past Eco Visitor Marika Passerini (who came to us through WorkingAbroad Projects ) and her husband Stephan. Well done and thank you to you all!!
